Ambition. Willingness to work hard. Creativity — usually to spot a niche that can be filled for a profit, that has little to no competition, or to spot a better way of doing things that you can then sell to others. Charisma to sell yourself and your product, or the ability to find and use charismatic people to do it for you. And a heaping helping of luck.
Usually people don’t go into a business thinking they are going to be a millionaire, they go into a business thinking of how they can keep their heads above water the first couple of years.
If you want to start a business it should be something you know or love, don’t just try and start a business to make millions. If that is something you are intersted in you should do research, maybe get a job working at a place simular to learn the ropes and go from there.
